Origin Story
Our founder and operator, Andrew Schwartz, began Clockwork Properties as an owner-operator with multiple rental properties. Through that experience he identified a persistent gap in the market: many firms were too large to provide personalized communication and service, while others were too small to offer consistent, professional-quality systems. We built Clockwork Properties to bridge that gap. We are large enough to provide top-of-the-line property management software, streamlined rent collection, regular property inspections, and professional maintenance coordination, yet small enough to know our clients and tenants by name and respond quickly when issues arise.
