Testimonials

Very happy with the service and attention to detail from Andrew, Gavin, and the rest of the team at Clockwork. They are extremely communicative and were able to quickly find a tenant for my property.

I highly recommend them. I lived in a property they managed for two years. Everything was well taken care of whenever I needed anything. Their service is respectful and they are very reliable! You should work with them too! Thank you for everything, everyone on the team Clockwork Properties.

Andrew and his group are absolutely the best property management team I have worked with! I do not live in NC anymore, but I have total confidence that my rental properties are in the best hands possible! Andrew is very professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy. It’s challenging to find good people in this industry you can trust 100%. I am incredibly grateful for Andrew and his team!!!

I've been renting from this property management company for 2 years. I've had a great experience, this is my first time renting from a company, I have always rented from private owners so I did not know what to expect. They have great communication, anytime that I have contacted them there is always a response either the same day or the next day. Recently they hired a new maintenance guy named Nick, he is friendly, thorough, responds quickly and keeps you updated on when he is available or will be arriving.

Gavin is awesome. Quick, professional and communicative. We have had a great experience with Clockwork and Gavin has been amazing to work with. After some experiences with other companies, I can say this team is the best of the best!
